im a skeptic about this. i don't understand how couples can be couples for a long time. other than the mundane things like watching a movie, dinner, ... what else can you do? ok, you can try the zoo (hotspot among my jc kakis).. but ya? anymore?
pohpoh told me, it's the company that matters. but i feel that once the optimal level of activity between a couple is achieved, happiness drops.. like what is shown in the diagram below:

note: graph is solely based on my personal view. not supported with any scientific proof. do not sue me whatsoever.
i don't know about you, but i think valentine's day is so commercialised. so are you telling me you love your other half a bit more on the 14th feb, and when the clock strikes 12 again, things are back to normal? i keyed orders for v day flowers and gifts, i can't help but to wonder, do they really mean it? or is this an outlet to flaunt your wealth? perhaps the people in the office are comparing whose bouquet is bigger.. so where is the spirit of love?
i don't need someone to give empty promises.
but i do wish for someone who cares for me. someone who is willing to lend me his shoulders when i need to nap in the train and fend off all weird uncles. someone who is willing to see that i can be vulnerable at times. someone who is willing to hear me whine. someone who is willing to hear my repeated grumbles about school. someone who is intelligent and give me witty advices. someone who will not attempt to cross my buffer zone until im willing to reduce it. someone who can tolerate my temperaments.. someone who will towel my hair dry.
he will show me how nonsensical my graph is :)
then i realise.. an elder brother will do the job. haha.until that someone comes along, im currently happy to have no strings attached.
